  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Cup Raw spinach
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder or 3 tablespoons hemp seeds *
  • 3-4 Tbsp SanoBe Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Raw cacao
  • 1 Tbsp Maca
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, agave or Swerve (sweetener of choice) *
  • 1 Sm – Med Banana or 1/2 large banana
  • 1 Squirt Trace minerals
  • 1 Cap Vanilla extract
  • 1 Dash Sea salt
  • 8 Ice cubes


1.Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute for best texture.

* If you are using flavored protein powder, you won’t need the maple syrup or sweetener.  Your desired level of sweetness is always a personal choice.
